If you choose one of our service packages, you will receive 10% discount. (Minor variations of the time allocation are acceptable.)
1 Day (8 hours) Service Package:
- Most suitable for a typical short business meeting.
- 2-3 hours of preparation meeting, 3-4 hours of interpreter service during the meeting, and 2 hour of post meeting wrap up, all on the same day.
2 Day (16 hours) Service Package:
- Most suitable for an intense business negotiation meeting.
- Day 1: 3 hours of preparation meeting in the morning
- Day 1: 4 hours of interpreter service during the meeting in the afternoon
- Day 1: 1 hours of post meeting wrap up
- Day 2: 1 hour of preparation meeting in the morning
- Day 2: 5 hours of interpreter service during the meeting in the morning and in the early afternoon
- Day 2: 2 hours of post meeting wrap up in the mid-late afternoon
3 Day (24 hours) and 2 Travel Day Japan Service Package:
- Most suitable for an intense business negotiation meeting
- Day 0: Travel from CA to Japan, arriving in Japan in the evening
- Day 1: 4 hours of preparation meeting in the morning
- Day 1: 4 hours of translating and checking meeting materials in the afternoon (or interpretation service upon request)
- Day 2: 0.5 hours of preparation meeting in the morning
- Day 2: 6.5 hours of interpreter service during the meeting throughout the day
- Day 2: 1 hour of post meeting wrap up
- Day 3: Same as Day 2
- Day 4: 0.5 hours of preparation meeting in the morning
- Day 4: 5 hours of interpreter service during the meeting in the morning and in the early afternoon
- Day 4: 2.5 hours of post meeting wrap up in the mid-late afternoon
- Day 5: Travel from Japan to CA
